The positions expressed by Rome, Paris, and Berlin regarding dialogue with Russia represent a significant change, said Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov while commenting on European leaders’ remarks on the need for dialogue with Moscow, APA's Moscow bureau reports.
The Kremlin spokesperson said that this is a positive evolution in their position.
The press secretary of the Russian president also noted that London does not want to contribute to peace and stability in Europe, and its position is of a destructive nature.
