According to Peskov, President Putin and Nikol Pashinyan, the Prime Minister of Armenia, are expected to have an informal interaction during the sidelines of the CIS summit in Saint Petersburg, APA reports citing BNN Breaking.
"This opportunity for dialogue comes at a crucial time, as Armenia’s geopolitical stance undergoes shifts and its alliances and position within the CIS and the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council (SEEC) are potentially being reshaped," Peskov added.
