"Kyiv has not ceased striking targets on Russian territory during the night. This contradicts the efforts of Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump to resolve the conflict peacefully," said Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov APA reports.
He noted that the Russian President’s order to halt strikes on Ukraine’s infrastructure targets was implemented immediately.
According to Peskov, "The Russian authorities are now closely monitoring whether Kyiv will act in accordance with Moscow and Washington's intention to move towards a peaceful resolution."
"On March 19–20, Russia and the US are coordinating the date of the next contacts and the list of participants in the process," the Kremlin official added.
