The Kremlin has not confirmed that a new phone conversation took place between Putin and Trump, APA’s Moscow bureau reports.
Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said at a briefing held today that the last phone conversation between the leaders of Russia and the United States took place on October 16 of this year.
The Kremlin spokesperson stated that there has been no phone conversation between Putin and Trump since that time.
Note that yesterday, the U.S. media, citing President Trump, reported that a new phone conversation with Putin had taken place.
