Russia considers Abu Dhabi a priority venue for talks on a settlement in Ukraine, Russian presidential aide for international affairs Yuri Ushakov said, APA’s Moscow bureau reports.
The Kremlin official also said that he had not seen the US roadmap for Ukraine.
He noted that the US could stop providing direct assistance to Ukraine in order to bring military operations to an end as soon as possible.
Ushakov said that the US should halt all assistance to Kyiv in order to find a swift solution in Ukraine:
“US assistance to Kyiv has decreased noticeably under Trump. Putin and Trump discussed possible steps by Russia and the US to resolve the situation in Ukraine.”
