The Kremlin positively assesses Volodymyr Zelenskyy's readiness to sit down at the negotiating table, but there is a problem with his self-imposed ban on talks with Moscow, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, APA reports citing TASS.
"Positively," the spokesman said in response to a question. "The problem is who should sit at the negotiating table. So far there is still a legal ban of the Ukrainian president on talks with the Russian side. That's why, in general, we assess it positively, but there are still nuances that remain unchanged," Peskov pointed out.
