"The orderers behind the terrorist act that resulted in the death of the chief of the Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Protection Troops of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Igor Kirillov, and his assistant, Ilya Polikarpov, are known to us," Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told journalists, APA reports.
He stated that his country is currently fighting against the masterminds of this incident. At the same time, D. Peskov did not answer the question about the involvement of third countries in the event: "An investigation is currently underway, and experts are conducting quite an effective job. Not much time has passed since the incident, but everything is already known. I believe that all the details of this terrorist act will be uncovered."
