Moscow's list of conditions for a ceasefire will be prepared separately, said Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, APA reports.

A statement from a Kremlin official regarding the ceasefire plan

Russian Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that a list of conditions for a ceasefire in Ukraine would be prepared by both sides separately. This was agreed upon during the Istanbul talks, the Kremlin's official representative recalled.

"I'm not going to tell you exactly here right now. Of course, there will be a separate list of conditions for a ceasefire. That's what an agreement was reached in Istanbul," Peskov said.

Negotiations on a peace memorandum continue

Dmitry Peskov, the Russian Presidential Spokesman, has stated that work on the upcoming peace treaty with Ukraine is progressing actively, emphasizing that there is no interest in delays.

In response to a TASS question, he said, "No one is interested in postponements; everyone is working diligently. We will keep you informed."

Details of the discussions are not public

At the same time, he noted that much of this work "should not be open to the public for obvious reasons."

Moscow's position after the Putin-Trump meeting

Russian President Vladimir Putin said following a May 19 telephone conversation with U.S. leader Donald Trump that Moscow was ready to work with Kyiv on a memorandum on a future peace treaty, which could include, among other things, a cease-fire and principles of conflict resolution.
