The Kremlin described Armenia's decision to ratify the Rome Statute as enmity to Russia, Press Secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov said, APA reports.
Peskov stressed that Armenia's decision to ratify the Rome Statute is extremely hostile towards Russia and that his country does not welcome Armenia's intention to join the Rome Statute.
According to him, the official Moscow carefully monitors the humanitarian aspect of the situation in Garabagh.
Peskov also added that the Russian leader has not planned any visit to Armenia in the near future.
