Russia and China have not conducted nuclear tests, said Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said, APA’s Moscow bureau reports.
He denied the US claim that it has new information regarding underground nuclear tests in China in June 2020.
“We have heard numerous references to certain tests. In this matter, both the Russian Federation and China have been mentioned. Neither Russia nor China has conducted any nuclear tests. We know that these claims have also been firmly rejected by a representative of the People’s Republic of China,” the Russian president’s spokesperson noted.
