The Kremlin has commented on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s statement regarding Russia’s plans to attack a NATO country from the territory of Belarus, APA’s Moscow bureau reports.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said they believe such a statement does not deserve any comment.
“Yes, Belarus is our ally. We have a Union State with Belarus. But it is a sovereign state. Therefore, such a statement is nothing more than an attempt to further fuel the war and increase tensions,” the Kremlin spokesman emphasized.
