The Kremlin has commented on the possibility of a meeting between Putin and Zelenskyy, APA reports, citing TASS.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelenskyy is unlikely to be possible by the end of August.
According to the Kremlin official, the high-level meeting between Russia and Ukraine should put an end to the settlement and record all the agreements reached.
"Is it possible to go through such a difficult process in 30 days? It is unlikely," Peskov stressed when answering a question about the possibility of a meeting between Putin and Zelenskyy by the end of August.
"Our position is very well known, our position is reflected in the draft memorandum provided to the Ukrainian side," he added.
