Kremlin has commented on Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko’s suggestion on the allocation of peacekeepers in Donbass, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.
Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that the President of the Republic of Belarus Lukashenko’s suggestion should be assessed conflict sides of the south-east of Ukraine, Kyiv, and unrecognized Republics themselves.
“It is a new proposal. No doubt, attitudes of conflict sides to such a suggestion should primarily be understood. We do not know their thoughts yet”, stressed Spokesman.
D. Peskov noted there was no such article in activity plan reflected in the text of Minsk Protocol.
Note that Alexander Lukashenko has declared he is ready to send peacekeepers to Donbass today.
