Kazakhstan’s President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has set the date for a referendum on the new Constitution, APA reports, citing Kazakh media.
The referendum will be held on March 15.
According to the proposal, 84% of the Constitution’s text (77 articles) will be amended. Voters will be presented with only one question at the referendum:
“Do you approve the new draft Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan published in the mass media on February 12, 2026?”
