Kazakhstan says Ukrainian drone attacks disrupted 3.8 mln tons of oil exports in 2025

Kazakhstan was unable to export about 3.8 million tons of oil in 2025 due to Ukrainian drone attacks on the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) Marine Terminal located in Novorossiysk, Kazakhstan’s Energy Minister Erlan Akkenzhenov told journalists, APA reports.

“In connection with the CPC, we were unable to export about 3.8 million tons of oil,” the minister noted.

Last year, the administrative building of the CPC Marine Terminal, a pumping station, a berth, and several oil tankers approaching the terminal were attacked by Ukrainian drones at different times.
