Hybrid war is being waged against Russia - Putin

The conflict potential is growing in the world, and Russia feels this directly on itself – a hybrid war is being waged against our country, stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin during the 23rd meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the SCO, which was held via video link, APA reports citing Oopstop.

Putin recalled that for a long time a project to create a hostile state was being implemented near the borders of the Russian Federation, Ukraine was pumped up with weapons, condoned aggression against the civilian population of Donbass, indulged in the planting of neo-Nazi ideology.

“And all this to hold back the development of our country. A hybrid war is being waged against us, unprecedented illegitimate sanctions are being used,” – stressed the President of the Russian Federation.
