Three crew members were injured when a Mi-8MTV-1 helicopter crashed in Russia’s Kamchatka region, Russia’s Federal Air Transport Agency said, APA reports.
According to the information, the incident occurred on October 6 as the helicopter was landing at a tourist base located on the bank of the Zhupanova River. The helicopter overturned and was damaged as a result.
The helicopter belonged to Kamchatka Aviation Enterprise and was operating a flight on the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky–Zhupanova Base–Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky route.
