Heavy rain and hail in Russia’s Volgograd city have flooded streets, APA reports.
As a result of the downpour, movement on the city’s streets has been paralyzed, and cars have been submerged in water.
It is reported that traffic congestion in the city has reached a high level. In some residential yards, pedestrian movement has become impossible.
The hydrometeorological service warned that adverse weather conditions will continue in the Volgograd region until the end of the working week. Heavy rain and hail are expected until midnight on April 2, and strong winds reaching up to 20 meters per second are forecast until the evening of April 3.
