Mikhail Gusman has been relieved of his post as First Deputy Director General of TASS. The corresponding decree was signed by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, APA reports citing TASS.
75-year-old Mikhail Gusman worked in TASS structures for about 30 years. Since 2000, he has been the author and host of the television series "Formula of Power". Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation (2001) and Honored Journalist of the Russian Federation (2018).
Gusman heads the Russian Committee of the UNESCO International Programme for the Development of Communications and is a member of the UNESCO Intergovernmental Council on Information and Communication (IPDC) and the Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO.
