Georgian speaker: Activities of USAID are now divided between various EU capitals

Previously, the work carried out by United States Agency for International Development (USAID), National Endowment for Democracy (NED), and other similar organizations is now either funded directly by organizations in Brussels or divided between various EU capitals, said the chairman of the Georgian Parliament, Shalva Papuashvili, APA's Tbilisi correspondent reports.

"The work previously carried out by USAID, NED, and other similar organizations, which the US administration exposed their frauds and the destabilization of other countries, is now either funded by organizations directly from Brussels or divided among various EU capitals. We are now witnessing a multifaceted attack against the Georgian people and the Georgian government. The recent visits, the tours they organized for their puppets to receive instructions and assignments, are ultimately a test for us. Networks that destabilize other countries should be completely destroyed, not rebranded. The organization previously known as USAID, now should not be called the European Democracy Fund," Shalva Papuashvili stated.
