We are ready to restore the strategic partnership with the United States through a concrete roadmap that reflects mutual benefits for both countries, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze said while presenting his annual report to parliament, APA’s Tbilisi correspondent reports.
“Relations with the United States are a key priority for us. As you know, we made a public statement on this matter — we are ready to restore strategic partnership with the US. We are now waiting for appropriate steps. Significant progress has been made regarding embassies, including the appointment of Georgia’s ambassador to the US. We believe recent developments will contribute to rebuilding ties and the restoration of strategic partnership between Georgia and the US,” Kobakhidze said.
