Georgian, Armenian PMs inaugurate Georgian embassy

The Prime Ministers of Georgia and the Republic of Armenia inaugurated the new building of Georgia’s Embassy in the Republic of Armenia, APA reports citing Georgian Public Broadcaster.

Irakli Kobakhidze and Nikol Pashinyan were hosted by Giorgi Sharvashidze, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the Republic of Armenia.

The Georgian side procured the building in 2024. For the first time, the country has an embassy that belongs to Georgia in the Republic of Armenia.

The new building of the Georgian Embassy in the Republic of Armenia is the 15th facility of this kind to be owned by Georgia.
