Levon Kocharyan, son of former Armenian President Robert Kocharyan, reported that his father was not allowed to leave the country, APA reports.
"This is simply another illegal action by these authorities. They have no right to do such a thing. We informed him in advance that he had to leave for a few days, so they wouldn't try to mislead our people by claiming he was running away and so on, you know how it's done. Simply without any explanation," Levon Kocharyan said in an interview with journalists broadcast on local channels.
