On October 22, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan received a delegation led by Special Assistant to the U.S. President and Senior Director for Europe at the National Security Council Michael Carpenter, Armenian Foreign Ministry stated, APA reports.
According to the Armenian Ministry, the meeting focused on issues related to the bilateral agenda between Armenia and the U.S., including current projects, positive dynamics, and future development prospects.
Ararat Mirzoyan and Michael Carpenter also exchanged views on regional stability and security issues.
Additionally, recent discussions regarding the normalization process of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan were addressed during the meeting.
