"The monitoring mission of the European Union in Armenia (EUMA) collects intelligence information against Azerbaijan, Russia, and Iran," Russian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Mikhail Evdokimov said in an interview with RIA Novosti, APA reports.

He said that the United States and its allies are ready to take any steps to ignite conflicts in Russia's neighborhood through the existing puppet authorities in Ukraine and several states: "For example, the observation mission of the European Union in Armenia can be cited as an intervention in this region. With the inclusion of an "expert" from Canada, this mission has become a NATO operation serving unknown purposes. The secrecy of this observation mission and its subservience to neither Armenia nor Azerbaijan suggest that it is a hybrid war tool of the West. This mission is engaged in collecting intelligence information against Azerbaijan, Iran, and Russia."
