Abulfaz Sarijanov, the son of Azer Sarijanov, who was sentenced to life imprisonment for the assassination attempt on Milli Majlis deputy Fazil Mustafa, has been arrested, APA reports, citing the State Security Service (SSS).
The aforementioned person was arrested by the State Security Service.
A. Sarijanov was charged under Article 28.277 of the Criminal Code.
He is accused of preparing an assassination attempt on the lives of specific state and public figures in a criminal case initiated by the State Security Service.
By decision of the Sabail District Court, a 4-month pre-trial detention measure was selected for him.
