A planned attack against a high-ranking official of Russia’s security structures has been prevented in Moscow, the Federal Security Service (FSB) said, APA reports.
It was reported that three participants in the terror plot have been detained.
The FSB stated that the detainees include a Ukrainian serviceman sent to Moscow by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), as well as a Moldovan citizen and a Russian citizen.
It was noted that they planned to carry out a terrorist act against a senior law enforcement officer using an electric scooter.
In addition, the FSB reported the detention of an SBU agent in Crimea who was transmitting information about Black Sea Fleet facilities to the Ukrainian side.
