Armenia's Constitutional Court rules TRIPP agreement complies with Constitution

The agreement on strategic cooperation between Armenia and the United States under the TRIPP project has been found to be in compliance with the Armenian Constitution, Armenian media outlet Factor reports, citing the press service of Armenia's Constitutional Court.

According to the report, the court has completed its review of the agreement and concluded that the obligations under TRIPP do not contradict the Armenian Constitution.

The court's full decision is expected to be published within three days.

Note that the framework agreement on strategic cooperation between Armenia and the United States under the TRIPP (Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity) project was signed in 2026.

The Armenian government initiated the ratification process for the agreement in July and submitted the document to the Constitutional Court.
