The Armenian prosecutor's office demands confiscation of the property belonging to 7 individuals, including Robert Kocharyan and the leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party, Gagik Tsarukyan, APA reports citing Aysor.am.
The Prosecutor General of Armenia Anna Vardapetyan said this at the meeting of the Committee on State and Legal Affairs.
Anna Vardapetyan noted that the mentioned properties involve 25 pieces of real estate worth tens of millions of dollars, 5 vehicles, securities from 16 companies operating within Armenia and abroad, as well as assets of unknown origin amounting to 89 million dollars.
According to the Prosecutor General, a lawsuit has already been filed in court.
