Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will not attend the Collective Security Treaty Organization's (CSTO) meeting scheduled to be held in Minsk on November 23, the Cabinet of Ministers of Armenia said, APA reports.
It was noted that Pashinyan held a phone conversation with Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko and stated that he would not attend the CSTO meeting.
Note that Nikol Pashinyan did not join the CIS Bishkek summit, as well.
