Armenian PM briefed Putin on relations with EU: Kremlin

A telephone conversation took place between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, The Kremlin issued a statement regarding the call, APA reports.

It was noted that the two sides discussed the results of Armenia’s chairmanship in the Eurasian Economic Union, the events planned within the framework of this organization, as well as bilateral relations.

During the conversation, the issue of integration, particularly in the energy sector, was also highlighted.

Pashinyan informed the Russian leader about Armenia's relations with the European Union and the steps to be taken in this direction.

The Russian leader provided relevant comments and evaluations.
