The Armenian authorities discuss the issue of expelling Russian border guards from the Zvartnots airport, said Armenian MP Vladimir Vardanyan during the briefing, APA reports citing TASS.
He said that Armenian militants should protect the air borders of the country.
The another member of Armenian Parliament, secretary of the ruling majority Civil Contract Faction Artur Hovhannisyan said that the leadership is discussing the presence of border guards of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation (FSB) at the Zvartnots airport of the capital city:
“This issue worries both us and the majority of our society. Discussions are ongoing within our party, but there is no clear decision yet,” he noted.
