"The Armenian authorities are not trying to sever ties with Russia and have conveyed this to their international partners," said Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, APA reports.
"The Armenian government does not have an agenda to expel Russia from Armenia or to sever political or economic ties. There is no such agenda, such a policy is not being pursued. In order to avoid misunderstandings, this is being conveyed directly to international partners," Mirzoyan said.
He also added that the withdrawal of the Russian military base from the country is also not on the agenda of the Armenian government.
