Ararat Mirzoyan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia will not attend the meeting of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) Council of Foreign Ministers, said Ani Badalyan, the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, APA reports.
She said that the CIS Executive Committee was informed about this in written format.
The Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia will attend the meeting of the Foreign Ministers within the framework of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) to be held in Bishkek on October 12.
