Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan has stated that peace exists with Azerbaijan and that significant progress has been made in the process of normalizing relations with Türkiye, APA reports.
Mirzoyan made the remarks during his speech at the Warsaw Security Forum.
"There is peace with Azerbaijan, although a few more steps still need to be taken," he said.
Touching on the process of normalizing Armenia's relations with Türkiye, the minister noted that the border remains closed, but the process has made considerable progress.
"We are normalizing our relations with Türkiye. The border is still closed, but I think the process has already progressed significantly, and it is entirely possible that we could wake up tomorrow morning and see the headline 'Armenia-Türkiye border has opened' in the news," Mirzoyan added.
