Aggression and hostility toward each other in the rhetoric of societies and authorities of both countries are gradually decreasing, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said while addressing Armenia-Azerbaijan relations at a meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Relations, Armenpress stated, APA reports.
According to Mirzoyan, it would be an exaggeration to say that all issues have been resolved and that there are no problems between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
“There has been a long-standing conflict, much blood has been shed, and the wounds are still fresh,” the minister said.
However, he added that aggression and hostility between the two states are gradually declining.
