Discussions on the normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan are ongoing, Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Vahan Kostanyan said during a briefing, APA reports, citing Armenian media.
“I don’t think the process has reached a deadlock. For that to happen, there would have to be no dialogue between the parties. But discussions are continuing,” he said.
He also expressed hope that the two sides will meet again in the near future to discuss a peace agreement.
