An Armenian court has ordered the transfer of the Ararat Yerevan Brandy-Wine-Vodka Factory, owned by businessman Gagik Tsarukyan, to state ownership, Newsarmenia reports.
According to the report, the court upheld the Prosecutor General's Office's claim and ruled that the company's shares be transferred to state ownership through the Ministry of Economy.
The Prosecutor General's Office said the plant was brought under state control as part of a case involving the confiscation of illegally acquired assets.
