Former Defense Minister of Armenia David Tonoyan will remain in detention, APA reports citing press service of the Supreme Judicial Council.
Although the Anti-Corruption Court sent the case to conduct additional investigation, the arrest decision remained unchanged.
As for the re-arrest of arms dealer David Galstyan (Patron Davo), the decision is related to the prosecution presenting new facts to the court. It was defined that he tried to hinder the investigation by exerting illegal influence on the participants of the criminal case while he was released.
