The Armenian authorities want to take the building of the "representative office" of the self-dissolved so-called "Nagorno-Karabakh Republic" in Yerevan from Karabakh separatists, APA reports citing Armenian media.
The Prosecutor General's Office has appealed to the court in this regard.
The purpose of the claim is to invalidate the property rights registered in March 2017 by the “Cabinet of Ministers” of the so-called “NKR” ("Nagorno-Karabakh Republic").
Note that in September 2023, the so-called regime in Azerbaijan’s Karabakh region declared its self-dissolution.
