Secretary of the Armenian Security Council Armen Grigoryan held a phone conversation with his Iranian counterpart Ali Akbar Ahmadian, APA reports, citing Armenian media.
Ali Akbar Ahmadian once again supported Armenia's position on the opening of communications in the region.
Grigoryan stressed the invariability of Yerevan's position and said that the corridors should operate on the basis of the principles of territorial integrity, sovereignty, and jurisdiction of the countries they pass through.
The Armenia-Iran agenda and security issues were also touched upon during the telephone conversation.
