Major General Karen Arustamyan who was the commander of the 18th Rifle Division during the 44-day war, has been put on the wanted list, APA reports.
A criminal case has been launched against him on charges of negligence during the execution of his official duties.
Arustamyan is accused of unlawfully refusing to accept the 72-member personnel of the "N" military unit, which previously operated under the control of separatists in Karabakh, into his command.
