The Armenian government is not considering returning to the trilateral statement of November 10, 2020, said Armen Grigoryan, Secretary of the Armenian Security Council, APA reports.
He said that it would be surprising to return to the document due to the 9th point, as 8 points of the document have not been implemented:"Yerevan does not refuse its signature because there are currently no provisions left outside the document, and this is the reality."
Grigoryan also refused to confirm reports about the removal of the Declaration of Independence adopted in 1990 from the new text of the country's Constitution.
