Armenia initiates criminal case against 12 people who participated in protests

On June 12, a criminal case was initiated against 12 people who participated in the protests of "Tavush for the Motherland" movement led by priest Bagrat Galstanyan on Vagramyan Avenue in Yerevan, the Investigative Committee of Armenia released information in this regard, APA reports citing Sputnik-Armenia.

Reported that 8 of them were arrested, and 4 were placed under house arrest. One person was released on the condition of not leaving the capital. During the operative-investigative measures, it was determined that these persons committed mass riots and hooliganism during that mass action.

According to the information an unnamed person was wanted.
