Armenia announced its stance on CSTO supervisors’ deployment

Yerevan's stance didn't change regarding the deployment of Collective Security Treaty Organization’s (CSTO) supervisors in Armenia, said Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson Ani Badalyan, APA reports.

According to Badalyan, Armenia has stated that it is ready to deploy the CSTO mission on its territory but is waiting for its allies’ political views regarding the events that happened in September of last year.

Note that Mikael Aghasandyan, Director of the First Department of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia said in his interview that CSTO is ready to return to the discussion of the issue of deploying supervising mission in the Azerbaijan-Armenia border and the Organization is waiting for the official Yerevan’s answer
