Head of Russian Railways Oleg Belozerov met with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, APA's Moscow bureau reports, citing a statement issued by Russian Railways.
It was reported that Russian Railways is open to dialogue with the Armenian government and a joint assessment of the effectiveness of the concession agreement.
"Russia and Armenia have agreed to establish a working group to assess the possibilities of transit communications using Armenia's railway network.
Russian Railways intends to strictly comply with the terms of the concession agreement for Armenia's railway system," the statement said.
