Armenia has acquired V-BAT unmanned aerial vehicles from the United States within the framework of military and defense partnership cooperation, said Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a joint press statement with U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance in Yerevan, APA reports.
According to him, the effectiveness of the V-BAT unmanned aerial vehicles has been proven through extensive operational use, and their acquisition will make a significant contribution to strengthening Armenia’s defense capabilities.
“We have achieved significant progress in Armenia–U.S. military and defense partnership,” Pashinyan noted.
Pashinyan also noted that cooperation between Armenia and the United States is based on a single objective: peace and stability.
“All our actions and cooperation with the United States are aimed at peace and stability, and I am confident that this goal can be achieved,” he emphasized.
