Russian businessmen of Azerbaijan origin Araz and Emin Aghalarov have allocated 100 million rubles to help the victims of the terrorist attack in Crocus, the Aghalarov-owned Crocus Group noted in this regard, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.

The Russian law enforcement agencies arrested four people suspected of committing the terrorist attack in the Bryansk region. A measure of restraint in the form of detention until May 22 was chosen by a court decision for those four people and four others accused of helping them to commit the crime.
