A 200-year-old St. Nicholas Church in the Russian city of Yessentuki has been completely destroyed by fire, APA's Russia bureau reports.
A fire broke out at St. Nicholas Church in Yessentuki, which was built in 1826 based on a design by the Bernardazzi brothers.
According to emergency services, the fire covered an area of 300 square meters, and the building was completely destroyed.
According to preliminary information, no one was injured.
The church was considered one of the oldest churches in the Stavropol Territory.
