Soviet ballerina and actress Natalia Trubnikova has died in Moscow at the age of 72, News.ru reports.
Her body was discovered by her neighbor in her apartment in the Tverskoy District.
According to the neighbor, the women had spoken in the morning the previous day, but in the evening Trubnikova did not answer phone calls. When the neighbor entered the apartment, she found the actress motionless on the sofa.
According to the report, Trubnikova suffered from Parkinson's disease.
The actress became famous for her role as Princess Melisenta in the musical fairy-tale film “31 June.” She also appeared in the films “Formula of Love” and “12 Chairs” and performed on the stage of the Moscow Academic Musical Theatre.
